Coldham Architects has changed its name (and its website).
We are pleased to announce our new name and website. Tom Hartman has joined Bruce Coldham as a full partner to form Coldham & Hartman Architects.
Creating high-performance, environmentally intelligent buildings and communities remains fundamental to our practice. Since 1999 when Tom joined Bruce as a minor partner, they have completed the Harris Center for Conservation Education, a bathhouse for the Mass Audubon Society, the Hawthorne Valley Farm Store, and Rocky Hill Cohousing in addition to several residences.
Our current projects range from working with diverse committees to decisive individuals and includes student housing at the College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, ME, a new cohousing community in Ulster County, NY, an office building in Freeport, ME, and continued master planning and project development with Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation Center in Greenfield, NH.
